    i have had two voys both red anyone ever seen a blue one? Im buying a blue one this weekend. I only thought they came black and red? Maybe its rare? I will post pics when i pick it up.

    Hi there,

    As far as I know they were only made in Red and Black.
    Most likely you are purchasing the same bike that has been rebranded.

    The Voy is based on a very common Chinese scooter model which is still widely used.

    they are selling one here in cleveland at a garage sale for $400. Is that a good price?

    I'd counter with $200-$250. At $500, you can get a 400-600 watt eBike. The Voy is only a 180 watt bike.

    I have one here in the UK. It's blue and is know here as the CTEB classic electric bicycle. I am wanting to get a new motor in mine if anyone knows of what or where I order, I would be greatfull!!!

    i once owned one of these phantom 4 scooters. they were fun to ride and i miss mine very much. i want to buy another one. does anybody know how much a new one costs and the website i go to to purchase it?? it would be very appreciated

    I have the 2008 Electra Voy 88911 Phanton IV. A little dirty and rusted but runs great. So $200 is my price.
